About Milanna.
Milanna is the founder and creator of So Ferocious Aesthetics, an advanced aesthetics practitioner and boutique clinic owner specialising in undetectable profile balancing. She has treated more than 10,000 clients, bringing a considered eye to every treatment.
An OFQUAL qualified educator and CPD-approved trainer, Milanna is currently working towards Level 7 in Aesthetic Medicine.

From subtle refinement to a fuller treatment plan, the focus is on considered choices and an honest discussion of what each option can achieve.

Anti-wrinkle treatments
Options for softening lines caused by facial movement. Assessment helps determine which areas are suitable.
Skin boosters
Injectable treatments aimed at improving hydration and the appearance of skin quality.
Polynucleotides
A course-based approach to supporting skin quality, including delicate areas around the eyes.
Sculptra
A gradual collagen-stimulating treatment used for broader facial volume and skin support.
Skin treatments
Options including microneedling and dermaplaning, selected for your skin goals.
Fat dissolving
Injectable treatments for selected areas of localised fat, following an assessment of suitability and expectations.
Aftercare
Please select the treatment you received and follow the instructions below. If your practitioner gave you different instructions at your appointment, follow those instead. If you had more than one treatment, read the aftercare for each one.

Dermal fillers
Mild swelling, tenderness and bruising can happen after filler. Swelling may be more noticeable in the lips and can make the result look uneven at first.
- Keep the area clean. Avoid touching or pressing it unnecessarily.
- Do not massage the filler unless your practitioner has specifically asked you to.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours.
- If needed, apply a cool compress gently with a clean cloth between it and your skin. Do not put ice directly on your skin or press firmly.
- Wait for swelling to settle before judging the final result. Contact us if a lump, swelling or asymmetry persists or concerns you.
Anti-wrinkle injections
You may have small bumps, redness or minor bruising at the injection points. The effect develops gradually, so it will not look final straight away.
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for the rest of the day.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.

Skin boosters
Small raised injection points, mild redness, tenderness, swelling and bruising can occur. The size and duration of any bumps depend on the product and where it was placed.
- Keep the treated area clean and avoid touching or picking at injection points.
- Avoid makeup on the treated area until the injection points have closed; follow any product-specific advice given at your appointment.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours.
- Do not massage the area unless your practitioner has specifically instructed you to.
Polynucleotides
Temporary bumps, puffiness, redness and bruising can occur, particularly around the eyes. These usually settle gradually.
- Keep the area clean and avoid rubbing, pressing or picking at injection points.
- Avoid makeup on the treated area until the injection points have closed.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours.
- Do not massage the area unless your practitioner has specifically instructed you to.
Sculptra
Redness, tenderness, swelling and bruising can occur after treatment. Some early fullness comes from the fluid used during treatment and will settle; Sculptra’s intended result develops gradually.
- Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days, using the technique your practitioner showed you.
- A gently applied cool compress may help with swelling. Keep a clean cloth between the compress and your skin.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours.
- Contact us if you notice a persistent lump or have any concerns as the area settles.
Fat dissolving
Swelling, tenderness, redness, bruising, numbness or firmness can occur after fat dissolving injections. Swelling can be more noticeable than with some other injectable treatments.
- Keep the area clean and avoid unnecessary pressure.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours.
- Do not massage the area or use a compression garment unless your practitioner has instructed you to. Aftercare can vary by product and treatment area.
- Follow the specific instructions given at your appointment before judging the result or arranging another session.
When to get help
Contact the clinic promptly about symptoms that are worsening, spreading redness, increasing warmth or pain, discharge, fever, or a result that concerns you.
After dermal filler: unusual or severe pain, skin turning white, grey or blue, or a mottled appearance needs immediate medical assessment. Contact the clinic urgently and seek emergency care; do not wait for a WhatsApp reply.
Call 999 immediately for a change or loss of vision, difficulty breathing, severe difficulty swallowing, swelling of the tongue or throat, or signs of a stroke. If you have urgent symptoms and cannot reach the clinic, seek urgent medical care. Do not wait for a message reply.

At So Ferocious Aesthetics, each masterclass focuses on one treatment area for the full day.
We cover theory, client assessment, product selection, contraindications and injection techniques, followed by practical training on models. You’ll have time to ask questions, understand the decisions behind each treatment and develop your technique with focused guidance.
